In order to remove the cylinder head, without removing the engine, the studs in the engine block were replaced with Hexagon Bolts.
Part No. 928.101.231.00, M12X 180 928.101.233.00, M12X 130
Cylinder Head Torque Specifications
1. Tighten all bolts in proper order to 20 N-m (14 ft.lbs.), threads lubricated with light oil.
2. Tighten all bolts in proper order an additional 90 degree turn.
3. Tighten all bolts in proper order an additonal 90 degree turn.
