There may be cases where you want to appeal a warranty decision. When doing so, please adhere to the following steps to assure that we may resolve the questions as quickly as possible.

Ensure that all appeals are submitted as follows:

1. Properly completed Warranty Claim Review form stating the reason for appeal, claim data, the subject items in question.

2. Copy of the repair order, punched time, material issue, sublet bills and authorizations.

3. Copy of the subject Variance Report.

4. Appeals must be sent within 15 days from the date of the Payment Report.

5. Appeals involving parts must be resubmitted as well as properly tagged with the exact failure mode to facilitate retesting.

We are certain you will understand that in the interest of timely processing all information must be submitted the first time around. Repetitive appeals of the same claim cannot be considered.
