Whenever a subject control unit is replaced under warranty, the actual system failure code must be recorded on the warranty tag to support testing at PCNA/PAG. As with all components, unusual circumstances would also require additional comments written on the bottom of the tag to help in supporting replacement.

Since this information is vital, units submitted for testing without this code may be returned for incomplete data which will add to the processing and payment delays.

Please advise all appropriate personnel of this requirement.
