Water Test

Water testing must be carried out properly. Testing should simulate as closely as possible natural rainfall. Duration of the test must be approximately 15 minutes. This is because some leaks do not form immediately. Avoid powerful jet spraying, as this does not accurately simulate natural conditions.

Materials required:
Kit: PNA 721 030 (available from PCNA Parts Department) containing:
- one sided adhesive tape, 1" x 1/2" (qty. 1)
- sponge rubber piping, 11.6 mm OD, 5.5 mm ID (qty. 1)
- sealing patches 2" x 2" (qty. 25)

The following items can be obtained locally:
- RTV silicone sealer (clear and black)
- clear plastic tubing, 5.mm OD 1.mm wall
- strip caulk, black (flexible sealing putty)
- super weather strip adhesive
