It is again that time of year when PCNA must ask for the cooperation of all dealers to assure a timely and efficient close-out of 1989 Repair Date Warranty Transactions.

Please note that the below listed deadlines must be adhered to as any transaction bearing a 1989 repair date will not be honored after these dates.

1. All transactions with a 1989 repair date must be received at PCNA no later than January 31, 1990.

2. All Error Reports/Parts Submission Requests with a 1989 repair date must be received at PCNA no later than February 28, 1990.

3. All Claim Reviews/Appeals with a 1989 repair date must be received at PCNA no later than March 31, 1990.

4. Authorizations for any reason for claims with a 1989 repair date cannot be honored after the March 31 date.

Please advise all appropriate personnel within your dealership of these dates.
