An increasing number of parts are being received by our Technical Service Center with the following shortcomings: without paperwork, collect, improperly packaged, incomplete/missing warranty tag, oil soaked, without protective plugs or bags, etc.

This hampers Product Quality Analysis and Warranty Testing efforts. Please be advised that PCNA has no choice but to return all components which are not properly shipped and documented. If testing cannot be performed, the respective claims also cannot be processed.

Components damaged from improper shipment are not a warranty matter and will be returned as necessary.
