Models Affected: All

Concern: Damage to A/C systems due to the use of substitute refrigerant.

General Information: Please be aware that currently no substitute for R-12 has been approved by Porsche.

R-12 is the only reffigerant approved for use in Porsche A/C systems. No other refrigerant may be used.

Even if a product is promoted as a direct replacement for R-12, it must not be used until approved by Porsche.

Failure to observe this caution can result in serious A/C system damage.
