We are pleased to provide you with the first in a series of videotapes designed to encapsulate our "live" Warranty Training Class. This tape has been provided to Porsche dealers free of charge to help support improved warranty claim processing and decision-making.

Subsequent copies may be ordered directly by calling the Warranty Department at (702) 348-3267 or 3197. The $30 cost for each tape will be charged to your Parts statement.

These tapes have been designed to support not only the novice, but also the seasoned employee.
