ATTENTION: Service Manager/Warranty Administrator

It is again that time of year when Porsche Cars N.A. must ask for the cooperation of all dealers to assure a timely and efficient close-out of 1990 Repair Date Warranty Transactions.

Please note that the below listed deadlines must be adhered to, as any transaction bearing a 1990 repair date can not be honored after these dates.

1. All new claims bearing a 1990 repair date must be received at Porsche Cars N.A. no later than January 31, 1991.

2. All Error Reports/Parts Submission Requests with a 1990 repair date must be received at Porsche Cars N.A. no later than February 28, 1991.

3. All Claim Reviews/Appeals with a 1990 repair date must be received at Porsche Cars N.A. no later than March 29, 1991.

4. DSM authorizations for any reason for claims bearing 1990 repair dates cannot be honored after the March 29 date.

Please advise all appropriate personnel within your dealership of these dates.
