Air Temperature Sensor ( Ambient / Intake ): Testing and Inspection

To check temperature sensor I, disconnect air flow sensor plug, then using suitable ohmmeter measure resistance across terminals 1 and 4 (outer terminals) of air flow sensor. Resistance should be:

0°C = 4400 to 6800 ohms
15-30°C = 1400 to 3600 ohms
40°C = 1000 to 1300 ohms
