This bulletin replaces Warranty Bulletin, Number 9007 dated December 21, 1990.

Effective as of March 1, 1991, there has been a Warranty Specialist reassignment due to personnel changes in the Porsche Cars N.A. Warranty department.

In order to prevent phone delays, the following people will also be available to respond to general warranty information and ordering of Warranty Claim Forms, Battery Check Sheets, and Labor Rate Change forms:

Warranty Claim Review forms, Authorization/Product Reports, Warranty Tags and Warranty Policy Manuals can be ordered through the Parts Department (see Parts Bulletin, Group 14, Number D11) via DCS using the Parts Order function.

The Voice Response System (see Warranty Bulletin 9005) can be used to obtain start dates and recall status.

The CINDI phone message system or PC Mailbox (address USPCWARRANTY) may also be used during peak phone periods to allow us research time needed before return calls are made.

General warranty policy questions may be directed to any Claim Specialist. However, specific claim dispositions for your respective dealership should be directed to your assigned Warranty Specialist based on the above dealer number assignments.

Your assistance will assure continued smooth processing of your claims.
