Hot Full Load Enrichment

Control Pressure HOT FULL LOAD ENRICHMENT
- Loosen pressure hose from the control pressure regulator at the throttle valve assembly.
- Unbolt the control pressure regulator so that the hose can be pulled off.

Control Pressure Regulator Testing:





- Connect pressure/vacuum pump with adapter.
- Disconnect fuel pump relay R61 from central electric board. Use a jumper wire to connect terminals 87 and 30 on the relay base.
- Switch ignition ON. Fuel pumps should now start.
- Allow control pressure regulator to settle.
- Apply 0.5 bar (7.25 psi) positive pressure to control pressure regulator.

Note: Damage may occur to control pressure regulator diaphragm if pressure exceeds 1.0 bar (14.5 psi).

- Control pressure should drop to 4.5 bar ±0.20 (65.25 psi) when control pressure regulator has settled.
