Excluded Repairs

Normally warranted repairs are excluded from coverage if the manufacturer demonstrates that the failure was directly caused by abuse, neglect, tampering or improper maintenance. Illegal tampering with, disabling, or removal of emission controls and/or computer controlled devices may void warranty, even if no damage resulted from the condition.
