Clutch Bleed

NOTE: To assure speedy, professional work, it is advisable to use an electric filling and bleeding device.

Position Of Air-Bleed Valve:

- Top up expansion tank to brim with brake fluid. Remove screen. Connect air-bleed device. Close overflow hose with hose clamp.
- With the air-bleed device switched on, open air-bleed screw of clutch actuating cylinder until no more air bubbles escape. With air-bleed screw open, depress clutch pedal fully several times.
