Cooling System Bleed

1. Set heater control lever at "warm position."
2. Remove bleeder plug.
3. Add coolant slowly until coolant level remains steady at maximum mark on expansion tank.
4. Start engine and run at fast idle speed to reach operating temperature until radiator fan has cycled ON and OFF.
5. When no more air bubbles are visible in bleeder opening, replace bleeder plug and tighten hose clamp.
6. Check coolant level, adding coolant if necessary.
