Fuel Pump: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable, then remove fuel pump cover from bottom right of vehicle.
2. Pinch suction hose with standard clamp, then remove suction hose.
3. Disconnect electrical plug, then remove pressure line from fuel filter.
4. Remove right fuel tank strap at bottom, then the lower guard with fuel pump.
5. Remove fuel line and electrical connector from pump, then loosen hose clamp and remove fuel pump.
6. Reverse procedure to install.
