INSTALLATION

Tightening torque: 50 - 60 Nm (37 - 44 ft lb.)

Oxygen Sensor Wrenches:

1. Plug-in wrench no. 645Od - 22
2. Open-ended ring wrench no. 4681-2
3. Open-ended ring wrench no. 4681-3
commercially available e.g. by Hazet

REMOVAL




1. Remove charge air cooler.

O2 Connectors:

2. Separate oxygen sensor connection (grey connector).
3. Extract rubber sleeve from engine paneling.
4. Remove retaining clamp for cable from bracket.

O2 Sensor:

5. Detach oxygen sensor using plug-in wrench.

INSTALLATION
- Tightening torque: 50 - 60 Nm (37 - 44 ft lb.)
