CYL 4-6 Ahead of CAT

Oxygen Sensor Wrenches:

1. Plug-in wrench no. 645Od - 22
2. Open-ended ring wrench no. 4681-2
3. Open-ended ring wrench no. 4681-3
commercially available e.g. by Hazet

REMOVAL
1. Remove charge air cooler, plug-seal pressure hoses.
2. Extract rubber sleeve from engine paneling. To do so, remove A/C compressor from bracket and put it aside.

Connector:

3. Unplug, unlock and separate oxygen sensor connection (black connector).

Rear Spoiler:

4. Remove rear spoiler.

O2 Sensor:

5. Detach oxygen sensor, e.g. using open-ended ring wrench 4681-2 by Hazet.

INSTALLATION
- Screw in oxygen sensor while turning cable at the same time.
- Tightening torque: 50 - 60 Nm (37 - 44 ft lb.)

NOTE: Other values for "Hazet special tool 4681-2": Tightening torque: 40 - 48 Nm (29 - 35 ft lb.)
