Test Point 20

Fault Code 20
Status line, signal converter Ground short.

1. Pull off plug 1 on the alarm control unit.
2. Pull off the plug on the signal converter for the transponder.
3. Ohmmeter at plug 1 alarm control unit pin 12 and ground.
Display: infinity Ohms

If display < 5 Ohms, check the wiring harness for pinches and chafing damage.
