General Description

As standard, the Boxster is fitted with a drive block and integrated central locking.
The system comprises the following function groups:
- Drive block with transponder and signal converter
- Central locking
- Interior lighting
- Window-lifter release
- Window-lifter convenience functions
- Consumer deactivation

As an optional extra, the Boxster can be fitted with an alarm system and infrared passenger compartment monitoring.
The alarm system, drive block, and central locking system are housed in one control module.

- Rear luggage compartment lid release
