Installing Pivot-Pin Locks

NOTE:
- Insert the pivot-pin locks -B- when the convertible top is open and the side panel lining has been removed. The fitting bolt -C- can only be screwed in when the convertible top is closed.
- The requirement for fitting the pivot-pin lock is that the installation (bracket -A-) for hardtop is installed.

1. The pivot-pin lock -B- is inserted into bracket -A- and screwed tightly with the fastening screws -1-. Bear in mind here that there is a left-hand and right-hand pivot-pin lock. (Observe the inscription L or R on the pivot-pin lock).
2. The locking tab of the bracket must correspond to the recess of the pivot-pin lock. By tightening the fitting lock -C-, the pivot-pin lock -B- is clamped in the bracket -A-.
3. Press plastic cover -D- into the pivot-pin locks.
