CAN: Front right wheel speed from PSM implausible
The CAN wheel speed signal is monitored for an implausible value.

NOTE: The front left CAN wheel speed signal is used as an alternative size for the CAN wheel speed signal.

Diagnosis conditions
- Ignition on
- CAN message from PSM control module is received

Possible fault cause
- Fault in the PSM
