13 Oxygen Sensor Heating Ahead of TWC, Bank 1 - Below Limit

Diagnosis conditions
- Battery voltage between 9.5 V and 16 V
- Time elapsed after engine start-up greater than 10 seconds

Possible fault cause
- Short circuit to ground

Affected terminals
- II/19

NOTE: Do not use contact spray on the connectors to oxygen sensor.
