Hang and Remove Windstop

4.2.1 Unfold the windstop and with the locking pins pointing to the connector tube, place it on the short tube.





4.2.2 Lift retaining spring (figure 6, enlarged view) on the short cross tube. Align windstop on the retaining spring.

4.2.3 Release the retaining spring, ensuring that the windstop ball socket is seated securely in the holder.

4.2.4 When removing the windstop, lift the retaining spring and remove the windstop from the short cross tube.

Fit the windstop on the vehicle as described in the Driver's Manual.
