Lowering of vehicle ride height

Information:
Porsche does not approved the lowering of vehicle ride height. Lowering of our vehicles is a violation of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards and can therefore not, per Federal law, be performed by dealerships or independent workshops. In addition, lowering of the ride height may violate various state or provincial regulations regarding the require height of lights and/or chassis height.

In addition, lowering the vehicle ride height from factory specification can have negative safety implications, examples: damage to fuel pressure lines which could cause a fire with the potential for injury, negatively affect vehicle handling, or even cause structural damage to the suspension and chassis.
