Removing and Installing Rear-View Mirror







Removing rear-view mirror
1. Remove front door trim panel.







2. Release -arrow A- and remove -arrow B- plug on power window motor.







3. Unclip wiring harness with a loosening lever removal tool, universal 21 (Refer to "Tools") -arrows A- and detach one side of the adhesive felt -B-.







4. Unscrew fastening screws -1-.







5. Lift mirror -arrow A- and disengage holding pegs -B-.
6. Fold mirror downward -arrow C- and remove.

Installing rear-view mirror







1. Attach mirror to window shaft -arrow A- and fold upward and inward -arrow B-.
2. Press mirror downward until the holding peg -C- engages in the window frame.







3. Screw down mirror on door frame -1-. Refer to "Tightening torques".







4. Clip wiring harness onto the inner door panel -arrows A- and attach with adhesive felt -B-.







5. Connect plug to the power window motor -arrow A- and press in until the locking tab -B- engages audibly.
6. Install door trim panel.
