Removing and installing additional brake light

1. Removing additional brake light.







1.1. Unclip cover -A- at the sides, unlock lock -B- . Remove brake light and disconnect plug connection -C-.

2. Installing additional brake light.







2.1. Push on plug -C- . Insert brake light. Lock lock -B- . Clip in cover -A-.

1 - Press the lug of the electrical plug connection, see inset -arrow- and disconnect.
2 - Remove additional brake light.
3 - Pull out grommet -A- with brake light lead. Disconnect plug connection -B- for fan on fan housing. Disconnect plug connection for engine compartment lighting -C- . Press fastening clips -arrows- together from the inner side of the mount and remove.

Replacing model logos

Replacing the Carrera model logo up to model year 2001







1. Find the middle of the lid.
2. Position the -Carrera- logo with the dimensions -A and B = 129.6 mm- and -C = 35 ±1 mm- on the rear lid and affix.

Replacing the Carrera 4 model logo up to model year 2001







1. Find the middle of the lid.
2. Position the -Carrera- logo with the dimensions -A and B = 162.6 mm- and -C = 35 ±1 mm- on the rear lid and affix.

Replacing the GT3 model logo







1. Find the middle of the lid.
2. Position the -GT3- logo with the dimensions -A and B = 78.2 mm- and -C = 28 ± 1 mm- on the rear lid and affix.

Replacing the Carrera model logo as of model year 2002







1. Find the middle of the lid.
2. Position the -Carrera- logo with the dimensions -A and B = 129.6 mm- and -C = 29 ± 1 mm- on the rear lid and affix.

1. Find the middle of the lid.
2. Position the -Carrera 4- logo with the dimensions -A and B = 162.6 mm- and -C = 29 ±1 mm- on the rear lid and affix.

Replacing the Targa model logo







1. Find the middle of the lid.
2. Position the -Targa- logo with the dimensions -A and B = 98.4 mm- and -C = 29 ±1 mm- on the rear lid and affix.

Replacing the Forty fast years model logo







1. Find the middle of the lid.
2. Position the -Forty fast years- logo with the dimensions -A and B = 124 ±2 mm- , -C = 20 ±0.5 mm- and -D = 8.5 mm- on the rear lid and affix.
