- GTS-vehicles as of model year 2004 are equipped as standard with a conventional brake system (cast iron brake discs) - and with PCCB brakes as an option.
- Different brake pads (brake pad version) are used for cast iron brakes than for PCCB brakes. Observe allocation as per Spare Parts Catalogue at all times.

Wear Limit Technical Data - GT3 As Of Model Year 2004







Depending on the wear of brake discs, two condition criteria can make replacement necessary:
1. Perforation crack length above the permissible value (cast iron brake discs). For PCCB brakes: Surface changes in the brake disc friction surfaces at advanced stage.
2. Brake disc minimum thickness is not attained due to wear (material erosion due to friction).
