Removing and Installing Air Guide







NOTE:
- Depending on vehicle equipment and on the required air guide, all interior components must be removed.
- The removal and installation described provides information about routing and the connection or fastening points.
- The air guide auxiliary guide (rear four-zones) can be found under, Removing and installing auxiliary air conditioning air guide.

Front Air Guide Two-Zones







1. - Remove and install display and operator control unit (PCM).
- Remove and install the car radio.
- Remove and install front air-conditioning control.

2. Pull out side footwell outlet nozzles.
3. First press the centre air guides downward, then pull to the rear in direction of travel and pull out of the lower guides.
4. Installation: Insert the centre air guides into the lower air guides, press downward, and insert into the air conditioning unit. Insert the side footwell outlet nozzles until the footwell outlet nozzles can be felt to engage.

Front Air Guide Four-Zones







1. - Remove and install display and operator control unit (PCM).
- Remove and install the car radio.
- Remove and install front air-conditioning control.

2. Pull out side footwell outlet nozzles.
3. Pull out the centre air guides while pressing downward.
4. Installation: Insert the centre air guides into the air conditioning unit. Insert the side footwell outlet nozzles until the footwell outlet nozzles can be felt to engage.

Footwell Air Guide Two-Zones







1. - Remove and install front seat.
- Partially release the carpet lining, lift, and then fasten again.

2 Unscrew the fastening nuts -2- and the disconnect the air guide.
3. Installation: Press the air guides together and screw down using the fastening nuts -2-. Refer to tightening torques.

Center Console Air Guide Two-Zones







1. - Remove and install display and operator control unit (PCM).
- Remove and install the car radio.
- Remove and install front air-conditioning control.
- Remove and install centre console.

2. Pull out the centre console air guide.
3. Unscrew the fastening screws -1- for the air guide on the air conditioning unit and take out the air guide.
4. Installation: Place the air guide on the air conditioning unit and screw down using the two fastening screws -1-. Refer to tightening torques.
5. Installation: Insert the centre console air guide and slide it into the air guide on the air conditioning unit.
