Mounting front seat on assembly fixture

1. Fit seat mounting -1- on the assembly stands -2-.







2. Adjust the seat mounting.







2.1. Loosen locking lever -1- ( -arrow A- ).
2.2. Adjust seat mounting -2- to the relevant width ( -marking B- ) of the seat frame -arrow B-.
2.3. Tighten locking lever -1-.
2.4. Loosen fastening screw -1- and slide locking wedge -2- as far as the outer edge of the seat mounting -3- ( -arrow A- ).







2.5. Tighten fastening screw -1-.
2.6. Slide locking lever -4- as far as the outer edge of the seat mounting -3- ( -arrow B- ).

3. Fit front seat.







3.1. Position the front seat -1- on the seat mounting -2-.
3.2. Slide the seat frame as far as it will go into the locking wedge -3- ( -arrow A- ).
3.3. Slide locking lever -4- into the seat frame -arrow B- and lock it -arrow C-.

INFORMATION: The preload on the locking lever can be increased or reduced by turning the adjusting screw -5-.
