Removing And Installing Microswitch For Window Opening Controls

Technical values







Preliminary work

1. Remove door unit carrier. Refer to Removing and installing door unit carrier

Unclipping electric line for micro switches







1. Unclip electric line for microswitch -1- from the bottom part of door opener -2-.

1. Unscrew fastening nuts -1-.







2. Pull bottom section of door opener -2- slightly backwards.

INFORMATION: Make sure that the locking tabs do not break when the microswitch is removed.

3. Gently loosen the locking tab -Arrow A- and remove the microswitch -3- -Arrow B-.

Installing microswitch for window opening controls







1. Position microswitch -3- on the door opener -4- and press in until it can be felt to engage.







2. Position the lower part of the door opener -2- under the handle and screw down with fastening nuts -1-. Tightening torque: Final tightening: 7 ftlb.

Clipping in the electric line for micro switches







1. On the bottom part of door opener -2- clip in the electrical line -1-.







Subsequent work

1. Install door unit carrier. Refer to Removing and installing door unit carrier
