6102 - Hardtop

The optional hardtop has essentially been adopted from the previous Boxster/S (986) models. The easy to install lightweight hardtop weighing 51 lbs (23 kg) is manufactured out of aluminum by the punch riveting method and incorporates a heated rear window. The aluminum side parts with sealing system have been adapted to the new contours of the door windows.
