Diagnostic conditions
- Ignition on
- Internal function test on instrument cluster/gateway

Possible causes of fault
- No signal/communication (no signal on CAN Infotainment)

Affected pins
Instrument cluster, plug B:
- Pin 31 'CAN Infotainment (high)'
- Pin 32 'CAN Infotainment (low)'

Diagnosis/troubleshooting

NOTE: If there is no incoming signal via CAN Infotainment using several control modules, CAN Infotainment must be checked for open or short circuits. Refer to 'Checking instructions/CAN data bus (Rep. Gr. 9700)'.
