ATTENTION: Danger of cutting oneself on sharp metal edges!
--> Wear suitable protective clothing (e.g. gloves).
Block The Crankshaft:
1. Block the crankshaft. To do so, with the help of an assistant, hold the belt pulley in place at the front with the arm bracket T10069 --> Block the crankshaft.
Note:
^ Mark the installation positions of the components for the crankshaft with a felt-tipped pen.
^ The DMF fastening screws are to be replaced.
2. Undo fastening screws and remove DMF.

Install double-mass flywheel (DMF)

Note:
^ The DMF fastening screws are to be replaced.
^ The DMF bores for the crankshaft only fit in one position
1. Position DMS in the installation position and screw in new fastening screws.

2. Block the crankshaft. To do so, with the aid of an assistant, hold the belt pulley in place at the front with the arm bracket T10069 --> Block the crankshaft.
3. Tighten the fastening screws of the DMF diagonally Initial tightening 44 ft. lbs.. Torque angle 90°.

1. Install clutch pressure plate and clutch.
2. Install transmission.
