Removing and installing guide sleeve

Preliminary work

1. Remove transmission.

Removing guide sleeve





1. Remove release lever and release bearing.





2. Unscrew fastening screws for the guide sleeve -Pfeile- and pull the guide sleeve off.

Installing guide sleeve








1. Fit guide sleeve and apply a thin coat of Kluberalfa HM83-801.
2. Grease splines of the transmission input shaft with Longtime 3 EP.





3. Coat release lever lightly with Kluberalfa HM83-801 at the contact points.





4. Fit release lever and release bearing.

Subsequent work

1. Install transmission.
