Intake manifold with intake pipe support
Fit with four M6 x 35 Torx screws and new seals.
Tightening torque 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)

Connecting Rod Bolts





Belt Pulley
Insert fastening screw and tighten in two stages. Counter at the same time with special tool retaining device 9593.
Tightening torque 37 ftlb.
Torque angle 90°

Double-Mass Flywheel
Tighten fastening screws in diagonally opposite sequence.
Initial tightening 19 ftlb.
Final tightening - torque angle 120°

Drive Plate For Converter
Tighten fastening screws in diagonally opposite sequence.
Initial tightening 25 Nm (ftlb.)
Final tightening - torque angle 120°

Oil Pump With Coolant Guide Housing





Item -1-: one external Torx screw, M10 x 60.
Tightening torque 45 Nm (33 ftlb.)
Item -2-: two internal Torx screws, M6 x 70. Coat thread with Loctite 574.
Tightening torque 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)
Item -3-: eight internal Torx screws, M6 x 20.
Tightening torque 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)

Exhaust Manifold
Fit exhaust manifold with new screws M8 x 26. Tighten screws from the inside out and in diametrically opposite sequence.
Tightening torque 23 Nm (17 ftlb.)

Coolant Pump
Tighten all screws equally in diagonally opposite sequence.
Tighten 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)
