Intake-air distributor external Torx(R) screws (E10, M6 x 35) 13 Nm (9.5 ftlb.)





Camshaft Bearing Cap Bolts
Initial tightening 5 Nm (3.5 ftlb.)
Torque angle 50°








Central screw on outlet sprocket M12 x 1.5 x 60
Initial tightening 30 Nm (22 ftlb.)
Torque angle 60°

Central screw on camshaft controller M12 x 1.5 x 110
Initial tightening 35 Nm (26 ftlb.)
Torque angle 120°

Exhaust Manifold Torx Screws (E12, M8 x 21) 23 Nm (17 ftlb.)
Tighten from the inside out
