Removing control module trim panel

Preliminary work
1. Remove front seat.

Removing control part trim panel

Installation Location For Control Part Trim Panel:

1. Unscrew front fastening screws -1- from the control part trim panel -2-.

Unscrewing Front Fastening Screw:

2. Unscrew rear fastening screws -1- from the control part trim panel -2-.

Unscrewing The Rear Fastening Screw:

3. Pull out control part trim panel -2- from the cushion in direction of arrow.

Pulling Out Control Part Trim Panel:

4. Disconnect electric plug connection 3 and 4, unscrew fastening screws -5- from the tip switch -6- and take off the tip switch from the control part trim panel -2-.

Disconnecting Electrical Plug Connection:

Removing control part trim panel (with mechanical lever)
1. Press out trim panel -7- using a plastic spatula.

Pressing Out Trim Panel:

2. Unscrew fastening screw -8- from the lever -9- and remove lever.

Unscrewing Fastening Screw:

3. Removing control part trim panel, work step 1, 2, 3
4. Disconnect electric plug connection -10- by pressing together the lugs arrow.

Disconnecting Electrical Plug Connection:

Installing control part trim panel
1. Position tip switch -6- on the control part trim panel -2- and screw down with the fastening screws -5-. Plug in electrical plug connection 3 and 4.

Connect Electrical Plug Connection:

2. Insert control part trim panel -2- into the cushion in direction of arrow.

Positoning Control Part Trim Panel:

3. Screw down rear control part trim panel -2- with the fastening screws -1-. Tightening torque 2 ftlb.

Screwing Down Rear Control Part Trim Panel:

4. Screw down front control part trim panel -2- with the fastening screws -1-.Tightening torque 2 ftlb.

Screwing Down Front Control Part Trim Panel:

Installing control part trim panel (mechanical)
1. Connect electrical plug connection -10-.

Connecting The Electrical Plug Connection:

2. Procedure: Installing control part trim panel, work step 2, 3, 4
3. Position lever -9- on seat, screw down fastening screw -8-. Tightening torque 4.5 ftlb.

Screwing Down Lever:

4. Press in trim panel.

Pressing In Trim Panel:

Subsequent work
1. Install front seat.
