Removing And Installing Hazard Warning-light Switch

Preliminary work

Preliminary work for hazard warning-light switch

On vehicles without a stopwatch:
1. Remove centre fresh-air vent.

On vehicles with a stopwatch:
2. Unclip the stopwatch at the dashboard.

On vehicles without a stopwatch:







1. Reach through the openings of the removed centre air vents and release the hazard warning-light switch at the left and right.

On vehicles with a stopwatch:
1. Reach through the openings of the removed stopwatch and release the hazard warning-light switch at the left and right.

On vehicles without a stopwatch:







2. Take the hazard warning-light switch out sideways through the dashboard, release the electric connector and pull it off.

On vehicles with a stopwatch:
2. Take the hazard warning-light switch out in an upward direction through the dashboard, release the electric connector and pull it off.

Installing hazard warning-light switch







1. Push the electric connector into the hazard warning-light switch until the connector clicks into place.







2. Push the hazard warning-light switch at both sides into the mounting point in the dashboard until it clicks into place.

On vehicles without a stopwatch:
1. Install centre fresh-air vent.

On vehicles with a stopwatch:
1. Clip in the stopwatch at the dashboard.
