Transmission Ratio

NOTE: The fully assembled transmission weighs approx. 143 lbs (65 kg).

The rear axle transmission ratio has been adapted to compensate for the 5 % larger rolling circumference of the rear wheels and now stands at 3.75. This transmission ratio results in a sporty setup for the Boxster and enables high performance with optimum exploitation of the engine torque and the maximum output.
