Removing And Installing Wiper Arm For Rear Window Washer

Removing wiper arm for rear window washer












1. Pull cover -1- up and off.
2. Unscrew the fastening nut -2- .
3. Press wiper arm -3- down at joint and pull down from the wiper motor drive.

Installing wiper arm for rear window washer







1. Position wiper arm -3- on the wiper motor drive and tighten the fastening nut -2- by hand.







2. Align wiper arm with the mark on the windscreen.
3. Screw on fastening nut -2- and push on the cover -1- . The cap must engage audibly. Tightening torque: 19 Nm (14 ftlb.)
4. Actuate wiper motor of the rear window washer system, allow it to come to rest and check the position of the wiper arm once more.
