Cylinder Head Bolt
Thread M12 x 1.5 x 140 30 Nm (22 ftlb.)
Then 50 Nm (37 ftlb.),
Then loosen 30 Nm (22 ftlb.)
Then 30 Nm (22 ftlb.)
Then 90°

Cylinder Head Re-Usability
Fit cylinder head. Insert M12 x 1.5 x 140 cylinder head screws (screws can be used again).





Camshaft bearing cap screws
M6 x 35 thread and two M6 x 60 Tightening torque 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)

Camshaft bearing saddles
M6 x 35 20 Nm (7.5 ftlb.) (Observe sequence)

Sprocket, outlet
Thread M12 Initial tightening 7.5 ftlb.
Thread M12 Initial tightening 37 ftlb.
Thread M12 Final tightening 90°

Chain sprocket on exhaust camshaft
M12 x 1.5 x 140 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)
Then 50 Nm (37 ftlb.)
Then 90°





Exhaust manifold on cylinder head
M8 Thread 25 Nm (33 ftlb.) (observe sequence); replacing fastening nuts
