Internal communication error

Diagnostic conditions
- Ignition on.
- PCM2 on.

NOTE:
- Fault code 8003 is recorded in the PCM2 MMI if the operating buttons are actuated for 'greater than or equal to 1 Min.'.
- Deactivate the 'automatic traffic announcement' before performing the diagnosis on the PCM2 If this is not done, the diagnosis will abort

Possible cause of fault
- Navigation module faulty

NOTE:
- The MOST optical wave guide is connected to the following control modules:
- PCM2
- CD changer
- Amplifier
- Telephone/telematics
