Preliminary work

1. Remove front apron
1.1. Refer to Removing and installing front apron.

2. Removing number plate cover
2.1. Refer to Removing and installing number plate cover (Turbo).

Removing radiator grille - Turbo







1. Separating bonded joint
1.1. Cut through bonded joint of radiator grille -1, 2- at top and bottom edge using a knife -4-.













2. Unclipping radiator grilles
2.1. Unhook locking hooks of radiator grilles -2- -circle marks-.













3. Removing radiator grilles
3.1. Pull radiator grille -1, 2- forwards from the front apron and remove.







4. Cleaning bonding surfaces
4.1. Remove adhesive residues on bonding surfaces, radiator grilles and front apron.

Installing radiator grille - Turbo







1. Affix adhesive tape
1.1. To the top and bottom of the radiator grilles -1, 2- affix a strip of double-sided adhesive tape -5-. At the ends -7- cut off the adhesive film approx 60 mm longer than the adhesive tape and fold to the front.










2. Clipping in radiator grilles
2.1. Position radiator grilles -1, 2- on the front spoiler and press in until all locking hooks -3- are felt to engage -circle marks-.













3. Pulling off protective film
3.1. Pull protective film of adhesive strips -7- forwards from the gap between the grilles and the front apron.







4. Pressing on radiator grilles
4.1. Press top and bottom slats -2- of grilles with affixed adhesive strips -5- firmly against the contact surface -6- of front spoiler.







Subsequent work

1. Installing number plate cover
1.1. Refer to Removing and installing number plate cover (Turbo).

2. Installing front apron
2.1. Refer to Removing and installing front apron.
