Permissible surface depth from standard dimension: 0.15 ± 0.05 mm

Camshaft housing 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)
Exhaust camshaft sprocket 14 Nm (10.5 ftlb.)
Camshaft adjuster
M12 Initial tightening 50 Nm (37 ftlb.)
M12 Final tightening torque angle 110°

Intake-air distributor 3.6l 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)
Intake-air distributor 3.8l 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)

Exhaust manifold 23 Nm (17 ftlb.)
(use new M8 x 28 hexagon-head bolts)
