Removing And Installing Hose For Headlight Washer System

Preliminary work

Preliminary work for removing hose for headlight washer system (front apron)
Remove front apron.

Remove tank for windscreen washer system.

Removing hose for headlight washer system (front apron)












1. Release hose for headlight washer system -arrow a- and pull hose off the spray nozzle.







2. Open holder -arrows A- and remove hose for headlight washer system -arrow B-.







3. Remove hose for headlight washer system at the clips for the front apron.

1. Remove hose for headlight washer system out of the clips at the tank.







2. Pull hose for headlight washer system off the pump.

Installing hose for headlight washer system

Installing hose for headlight washer system (front apron)







1. Insert hose for headlight washer system into the clips for the front apron.







2. Open holder -arrows A- and insert hose for headlight washer system -arrow B-.







3. Push hose for headlight washer system onto the spray nozzle until the hose clicks into place.

1. Push hose for headlight washer system onto the pump.







2. Insert hose for headlight washer system into the clips at the tank.

Subsequent work

Install front apron.

Subsequent work for installing hose for headlight washer system (at tank)
Install tank for windscreen washer system.
