Installation position of hinge for top box cover

1. Press lock 1 out of the push rod spring 2 at the left and right. Assembly tool for Springfix System pin circlips NR.131
2. Unscrew fastening nuts 3 from the hinge for top box cover 4.

1. Unscrew fastening screws 5 on the guide rail 6.

1. Pull protective film off the guide rail 6, position on inner side section and secure with the fastening screws 5. => Tightening torque: 7.2 ftlb.

2. Bend tabs arrows around the joint flange.

1. Position hinge for top box cover 4 on the body and secure with the fastening nuts 3. => Tightening torque: 7.2 ftlb.
