Replacing Padding For Front Middle Backrest (Folding Sports Bucket Seat)

Preliminary work

Remove cover for front middle backrest. Refer to Removing and installing front middle backrest cover (folding sports bucket seat)

Removing padding for front middle backrest







1. Release Velcro fasteners -1- on the back of the padding -2- all the way around ( -Figure A- ).







2. Fold cover -3- over all the way around ( -Figure B- ).
3. Carefully detach Velcro strip -1- on the cover from the Velcro fastener on the front of the padding -2- ( -arrows- ).







4. Take off the cover -3-.

Installing padding for front middle backrest

1. Position cover -3- on the front of the padding -2-.







2. Align Velcro strip -1- on the cover with the Velcro fastener on the padding -2- and secure it -arrows-.
3. Fold cover -3- over all the way around and straighten it ( -Figure A- ).







4. Press on Velcro fasteners -1- on the back of the padding -2- ( -Figure B- ).

Subsequent work

Install cover for front middle backrest. Refer to Removing and installing front middle backrest cover (folding sports bucket seat)
