ONLY for vehicles with PCM2.1 (package no. P16), Model Care C (as of calendar week 22/2006), consisting of:

PCM basic module (I No.665) and PCM navigation (I No.670).

Note:
The sound quality of the hands-free equipment was improved on the new tri-band telephone module 1900,1,800 and 1,900 MHz), which is also available for the US market. The position of the hands-free microphone was changed from the instrument cluster to the steering column, thereby orienting the directional characteristic more towards the driver.

If the telephone module was retrofitted, it can only be used with the ignition switched on.

Before ordering parts (telephone module and optical waveguide), always check and consider the existing vehicle equipment (existing audio components)!
