Removing And Installing Tail Light

Removing tail light












1. Loosen the fastening screws -1- for the tail light.







2. Lift the tail light at the bottom, grip it at the front sides and pull it back out of the guide.







3. Release the electric connector on the tail light -A- and pull it off.
4. Remove tail light.

Installing tail light







1. Push the central connector for the tail light together until the connector engages securely.







2. Install tail light.
2.1. Slide the outside of the tail light into the holder at the side.
2.2. Engage the inside of the tail light.
2.3. Position the tail light according to the size of the gap and screw in the top fastening screw -1- first. - Tightening torque: 5 Nm (3.5 ft. lbs.)+10 %-15 %.
2.4. Tighten the bottom fastening screw -1-. - Tightening torque: 5 Nm (3.5 ft. lbs.)+10 %-15 %.
